Ive read a few forums and I was said that I may need to replace a circuit board or something. Ive also seen that I could just solder in a new bulb from radioshack. So I figured I would do that since I've removed the dash plenty of times with ease. So what really do I need to do gain access to the Circuit board and change the light? Or is just ordering a whole new one a better idea?

I know how to solder, but everyone Is making a big deal about the difficulty of the repair. What size bulb do I need?

The traces on the circuit board are incredibly fragile. I know how to solder and I wrecked mine using a fixed wattage soldering iron. I'd say if you don't have a variable temp soldering iron, don't even both attempting it.

Yes...you will. If you're extremely experienced with soldering and it's only one bulb...I say, go for it. I'm 16, and didn't have much experience at all, and did the LED Conversion myself.

Funny I come across this... Just last night I noticed one half of my climate's lighting was out, and wondered what that was going to entail to fix Sad
