started this thread as an idea from tiltrotor22. If you see a unique police car either marked or unmarked other than the occasional crown vic post a picture here.

So you want us to spot unsual, typically unmarked police cars on the road, then attempt to take pictures? Solid idea.

I have seen an early 2000's Dodge Neon with ghosted markings on it, as well as a Dodge Caravan with ghosted markings. Both in London, Ontario.

Hardly the most intimidating vehicles, but once the lights come on, you might as well pull over unless you want a bigger ticket later. DOH!

Not really, pull up to a red light make a face at the driver next to you and let them take off and speed.

More like assumption.

Yep. Staties (assuming you were in IN) get a batch of 'stangs every now and then. I rarely see them though. last time one was chasing a porshe on 69.

Last time I went towards Baltimore, MD, my dad and I were admiring a green mustang that passed us and a mile later it had blue flashing lights and had pulled over some car that I cannot recall. I let him drive after that Laughing I failed to see a marked police car the entire week long trip. I am now officially concerned about my speed when I head north of Tennesee

Nothing too unique around here. One department has an 06 Impala SS for their K-9 car.

Our town uses the seized vehicles for a few weeks before selling them.

Its smart, because you really don't expect a different vehicle to be out there.

They do that s**t around here too. I hate it. I once saw a green explorer (unmarked mind you) bust some guy right up the street from me while I was on my way to work. It was just a green 2001ish explorer and then it just lit up like a christmas tree.
