Here's a picture of what im talking about...


The brightness is turned all the way up, and its pretty dim at night. Any Ideas why it would be this way?

Are you saying the whole cluster is dim? It appears that you have a bulb out in the lower half of your rpm meter.

Or are you talking about the odometer screen?

The odometer screen, could not think of a good name for it..
The bulb in you are talking about has been out for some time, bbe here I come.
Is the odometer screen back lit by a bulb or something similar to the rest of the cluster?

The odometer/gear selector is not backlit,it's a VFD. when it's out like that, typically it's a fried inductor or two... pretty common problem
