It sounds like tin when listening to it from the vehicle and only happens when I turn the wheels. It sounds similar to what the control arm is made of, when I tap on the control arm. Anyone familiar with this sound and what it could be?

probably the intermediate shaft needs lubing...somewhere there is a sticky for how to lube the shaft while still on the car.

That video gave me the idea to attach a camera to the undercarriage of my impala and drive it to New Jersey. Maybe I can find my clunk.

If you drive to new jersey, drive to new milford and spend 3 days helping to fix my bcm, ac compress, cradle, climate control, and ignition cylinder.....
