My car got broken into last night Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad

It looks like they tried to pry the window out which totally jacked up the pillar trim but then they ended up just smashing the window I guess...

They got my headunit, subs, box, and amp.. but left my zune and gps in the cupholder Very Happy I figured its about $1000 worth of stuff stolen. The cops said that about 5 or 6 cars had been hit that night and all of them had subs stolen, so the person who was going around obviously knew who had subs in their trunk. My neighbor had all his stuff stolen too...

This is the only pic I have

It was probably really easy for them to get it cuz I had just taken out my dash to send my cluster to BBE to get fixed... perfect timing Wink

My car insurance doesn't cover anything but it was in our driveway so homeowners will cover anything stolen from the car, but its a $1000 deductible so its not really worth it.

I hate people sometimes

damn man that sucks. I keep my car in the garage, thanks to my parents. They leave their cars outside so i can park my impala and his 300zx in the garage, what loving people. I have left my car outside over night when the garage was taken by the truck i just bought, needed to fix the clutch, which turned into being a PITA after finding out more and more things wrong, but long story short, i was scared every night i left mine out it was gonna get broken into. Sucks man, really pisses me off and it wasn't even me. those type of people are cowards.

I just talked with my insurance people last week to update some stuff. My stereo and anything in the car that's permanently attached is covered. But like a laptop or suction cup gps would be under homeowners policy. Its sucks someone took you stuff. They went through all the trouble just to hock it off for a couple of bucks.

Trust me I've been on craigslist non stop since it happened... no luck yet tho. I'm also gunna try to make it to a flea market on saturday but I'm not sure if I'll be able to.

Our neighborhood is usually a good neighborhood so everyone thought it was fine to park outside... nothing has ever been broken into.

The window and trim got fixed today but I can't pick it up til saturday because I just got my wisdom teeth out and I'm on vicodin Very Happy So I'm not allowed to drive.
