Very very common problem. Mine do it everyday. And you did the best thing by buying an oem replacement, but they're still crap. Most people say cutting a slit in the rubber cap on the back of the lights will help, but I have done that and no luck. If that doesn't work, and there's no warranty still, It's either live with it or replace it. Impala headlights Evil or Very Mad

What i was told to do is when it fogs up take off the dust cover and drive around with it off for a few days and once it clears put it back on. I live in TX where its hot and dry and i mine stay clear. Once it rains or if i wash the car, thats when i usually have to take the cover off and let it dry out for a few days.

Take light out on a hot day, pop off all the dust caps, get a fan and make it suck from the holes (computer 80mm-120mm works best, i used a high cfm delta) and leave it like that for a while. Put it all back together, except 1 dust cap, and continue.
