...car has 24K on it, ('03 LS), but between about 12K and now,my better half or her brother can't confirm any rotation being done. The car "traveled" from sibling to sibling, driven occasionally, yet basically remained dormant for nearly two years.

So,since I've been driving it,I'm a lil' concerned...how concerned should I be? And,if so,why?

Thanx for any feedback.

I'd have them checked on a balance machine to see if they are out of round just from sitting.

I wouldnt be concerned about the lack of rotation, I have never rotated tires on any car I have ever owned in my life.

What is the typical rotation anyway? I know some people go front to back and dont swap sides, then again I know the typical "Back to front, and cross the fronts -> send to rears". If that makes sense?

Yep that's what all the manuals reccomend. I'd not be worried at all about this situation. And if you are, a simple tire rotation will solve any worries
