Do I remove the screws to remove the connectos off of the pcm

To build on that, I believe those are 7mm bolts. They do NOT come out of the connector (they have a keeper that allows them to stay in the connector so not to be dropped/lost). But loosen them all the way. Since this is the first time popping the PCM connectors, they may be extra tight as they have a rubber weather seal and it probably has a strong bond in the connectors.
