Is it normal to have to place water into the reservoir at least once every 2 wks during the hotter months? We have just moved to GA and it seems like every other week I have to put more water into the reserve. Am I doing something wrong? A few months ago we had an overheating problem, but that was fixed when we replaced the water pump. Any suggestions?

No. If you are topping it off on a regular basis there is a leak somewhere (or it wasn't properly bled when the water pump was replaced).

IffyG is probably right.

I'm assuming you would have looked for leaks under the car, so the system is probably still working out air bubbles.

So keep on looking for leaks and fill it up when the level drops.

After filling up the reserve again, I notice that the radiator is leaking...again. This would be the second time in less than a year that my radiator has a hole in it. I dont have the money to fix it, and I dont want to use stop leak to just be stranded somewhere. Thanks for your help!
