Take it to a paintless dent repair shop, they should be able to get most of it out for $50-100.
You can try yourself to pop it out, but it doesnt work too well. Ask me how I know. Let a pro do it.

Had a buddy who knew a guy and he put his dent puller to it and pulled it out then used a plastic stick to push out a few but its still not as good as new. Good thing is the guy did it all for free. You guys don't think that'll rust right ?
