I've seen some wood grain and some brushed out there, but haven't seen the carbon fiber look...which is what my interior trim is.(although I've seen it called "graphite").Maybe someone could elaborate on that,as well.

Any thoughts or direction?

Thanx

yup, graphite is the correct term for it.

It was standard on all 02+ LS Sport and 04-05 SS models.

There wasnt any brushed aluminum available for 00-05 Impalas, just wood and graphite

Well,that sucks.

I've seen it mentioned/listed that "it" came with a "graphite" insrument panel.which mine does not have...looks to be a basic black to me.Also have seen mention of "Impala Embroidered" floormats, which I also do not have...dealer get over on that one, maybe?

Still trying to learn exactly what I have...

Thanx

did you buy the car new?

floor mats could have been replaced, but I dont remember the LS Sport having embroidered mats from the factory.

LS Sport....

- Tallight covers
- front bumper extension
- front license plate filler
- 16" diamond cut wheels
- bright exhaust tip
- graphite interior trim
- color matched moldings

Can you still get the embroidered mats?

How about a graphite instrument panel?

Thanx

edit ; http://www.carfax.com/phoenix/.....E_3_______

The LS Sport Appearance Package ($1495) adds brake cooling ducts, a strut-tower brace, a tire-inflation monitor, and extra gauges to a graphite-finish instrument panel; the package is distinguished by embroidered logos on door panels and floor mats, a body-color taillight panel, and chromed exhaust tips.

What they mean is that the wood trim was replaced with a carbon fiber looking trim. I snagged a full set of graphite trim at the junkyard Very Happy I'd like to find a similar material to do the console top.

If you want your console to match the trim, I'd recommend getting that color vinyl and covering them yourself. Had I not found the junkyard pieces, I would have recovered mine.

FTFY Laughing Also the LS Sport models kept the same suspension as the LS, according to my research.
