I am getting a DTC 1631 after I installed my new Overkill PCM. Maybe someone can help me understand what this code means.

Car runs great. Haven't had any problems with it turning on or anything in that manner.

I did the relearn procedure that Will from Overkill suggested In his paperwork sent along with his PCM. Procedure took about 10 secs and car started right up.

Will is much smarter at these things than I...After replacing a couple of PCM's myself, and having to do this, I thought I would throw that in. What did he tell you to get around the CKP relearn?
