Unfortunatly, I wont be able to attend this year. I'll be on deployment. Actually, I'll end up just missing it by a couple weeks. I'm due to return in mid July. You know I'd go if I could. This will be the first one I've missed i 4 years.

Make sure to take lots of pics!

Like always. I'll be there. And I was about to put this up 2 nights ago, but the woman came over. haha

This year, I think the 78 is going to come out to play too. That'll make 3. The Trans Am, the 04 Impala, and the 78.

Oh, and I wonder if the spark-plug award winner comes again. Laughing

I think that the majority of people that have been to both will agree that the GM Nationals are better. So, unless you already paid, I'd recommend changing plans!

Already paid. GM Nationals are there every year, so it won't be hard to attend next year. Not often the Monte Nats are close.

Its looking like overall attendance may be way do this year too, because the American Camaro Association isn't going to be doing their national meet at Carlisle. They decided to do it at Fredrick, MD. One good thing about it though. There won't be as many mullets cruising around. Laughing

I believe you meant "attendance may be way down". Laughing

Anywho... that kinda sucks. The Camaro's were about 1/3 of the attendance. I'm sure there will still be plenty that show up, but ACA does bring in a lot of cars. Unfortunatly, I won't be able to get there to witness it. And the way things are going right now, I might not make it back for a while. I'm planning on moving to Phoenix next spring and I just doin't think a 5000 mile round trip is worth it!

I'll be there unless I have something better to do. I'll probably bring a Volkswagen just cause I'm a jerk.

Last year there was 6-7 Imps and a few MC's, maybe 4-5, in our gen anyway.

Total number of cars had to be close to a thousand. It's something like 90 acres of show field plus 3 or 4 buildings. There's various vendor booths as well. It puts the show and shine to shame Laughing I only had time to check out 3/4 of the cars.
