.......05 Avalanche! Very Happy Finally got the deal done last night, after back and forth negotiations since Friday afternoon. Love this thing! I will miss my Impala though, Crying or Very sad except for the bi-monthly tranny hiccup and the not knowing of when it was going to fully take a crap on me...I'll put up a few pics from my phone on lunch...

At least it handles better than an Impala.

Did you get a model with all the black plastic cladding or without?

Keep an eye on the rear glass though. Sometimes they leak. But nice grab, I like the flexibility they have.

Keep an eye on the tranny in the Avy as well.. the trans went at 17K miles on my 05 Tahoe (same drivetrain as the Avy)

How many miles on it? Warranty or no?

@ Helldo-thanks..no black cladding. I wouldn't have gave it a second look if it did. Not a fan of those AT ALL. I will watch for any rear glass leaks thanks..

@ bb-you better not have jinxed me w/ that tranny comment lol.... it has 81k on the clock and no, no warranty. I tried and tried to get just a 3mo/3k warranty but no luck. (cross fingers) Carfax states it did have steering shaft replaced, brake booster replaced, evaporative emissions vent solenoid replaced, new inner & outer tie rods, new serpentine belt, and 4 wheel alignment done. Not all of this was done at once, but over the last year or so.

Here is a crappy phone pic for now..
