Attempting to build a offboard harness to tune with dhp. However I notice that there are pins missing from pin 58 and pin 15 from the harness adapter i have. Does anyone have a pinout diagram for a 05 or know why theres missing pins? Below is a writeup i found on powrtuner forum

Next time you get pulled over and you know you have illegal tint Follow these instructions: Tie a string around your power window fuse, and after you roll down your drivers window yank the fuse, which will render your windows inoperable. They can't test the film if the meter can't fit over it.

Mine was missing pins as well. Take out all the unused pins and populate the missing pins.

I also made one a while back and it works perfectly. The only thing i just cant figure out is how to hook up an ac power supply. Every one i have tried did not power it up and they were all the recommended power supply. Is it because i did not hook up a switch?

It won't work on AC power...you need something that will convert 120vAC to 12vDC with at least a few amps of current. Mine is 2.5A but I know a few people who are using 1A w/o issue, 1A is pushing it IMO.

As long as you wire a constant 12v to the ignition pin you don't "need" a switch (just unplug the harness before disconnecting the PCM)
