I just drove my wife's 2003 Base Impala Today for the first time in a while and i noticed that when i am stopped at a light for instance, then i go to accelerate it feels like the front end is bouncing a little bit, as well as that every time i accelerate i hear a popping sound. The tires have around 6k miles on them and have been rotated at every oil change...I just wanted to check here first before i take off of work to take it to the garage. Just wanted to see what i might be looking at. Thanks.

As Crazydayz has mentioned a common cause of the popping noise is loose cradle bolts. However it can be caused by several other things blown lower engine and trans mounts can cause popping (most of my popping noise was resolved with new mounts), bad strut mounts, etc.
Bouncing could be caused by blown struts. What happens if you push down the front end when you are parked? If it bounces more than once, your struts are probably blown.
Protip: If you don't know what you're doing, don't do it.
