what kind of screw holds it in? is it fine thread? coarse thread? just screws through the plastic hole in the bumper cover? im excited to throw em on lol

You can't put LS fog lights on the base bumper. The screws are course.
Edit: I guess you have the proper bumper. There's a metal tab you screw into, like what they install car speakers with.

Ah my cover didn't come with that but I was thinking a screw with a wing nut or something would work well too

I just grabbed a bolt a nut that were roughly the right size from a hardware store when I upgraded to an LS bumper. I was an idiot and didn't get stainless so now it's rusted and i can't get it to budge.

can't remember what they're called ill post pics later but I got aluminum and nylon ones they fit great once the rain stops I'm installing them

Like was mentioned, stainless is best for these applications. I don't plan on getting any fog lights for ours, so I don't know what size they would require. If they have them in the size you need, and they would fit go with stainless locknuts also. That's how I kept the plate bracket of my tempo I had years ago.
