i know little about engines but my buddy says a lot of engines could bolt right in....could you guys post a list of engines that would bolt right in with little or no mods....i was looking and found an 06 ss nengine fer 600 onlu 23000 miles on it

thanx guys btw i have an 02 ls i want bigger

Nothing will work easily. If you want more power, do a motor and trans swap to an L67 with an 04+ transmission.

Do you mean what engines will fit in the space with little modification? as in the will bolt up the same way as the 3800 does?

because there is no engine that you can just bolt in and be good to go Laughing (aka theres a LOT more work than just swapping engines..especially with that 06 engine you are talking about.

Im With Stupid easy way to make good amounts of power but u'd have to swap out the trans to an 03+ and the LS4 engine doesn't have a very big aftermarket selection for performance parts from what i've read/heard as well

also this topic has been discussed TONS of time not gonna lie just use the Search and u'll see

the only motor that will bolt in with little to no mods is the exact motor you have in there now.

If you want more power out of your 3800, search for "top swap". It will be your best bang for the buck
