It's tacked on at the top and there are two 10mm bolts and a clip that hold it in at the rocker panel (side skirt, whatever it's called). Get down on the ground and put your fingers on the inside at the end of the panel and you'll feel the sharp end of the bolts. It's right at the corner. Have fun!

edit: I assumed it was the FENDER not coming off. If you're saying you can't get the fender separated from the bumper, there are two nuts on the inside that hold the fender and bumper together. They're just under where the body molding is but on the inside. Take off the guard from the wheel well and you can see them. I believe they are 10mm nuts as well.

Don't worry it's an easy fix so long as you didn't bend the frame or the stay. And going 32 mph, I doubt anything got bent.

Laughing Sorry, I didn't take pics of my rebuild this past Friday. Otherwise, I would definitely have put them up. For now, close your eyes and imagine....lol That didn't work, eh?

I'm sure your damage is alot worse at 32mph.
Mine still adds up to about $4200.
Here's a bit of a taste, I was at about 5mph by the time we hit:

Yeah, 4200 is way too high IMO. I could have the hood and bumper completely replaced and the WHOLE car painted for less than that!

It's the hood replaced from MPD Inc, the front Body Kit Lip from Razzi, and the front bumper cover and head light, all needing paint.
It all goes to insurance anyways, doesn't change what I pay.

If you lived near a certi-fit you could get those for about 150 total...and that's w/o a hookup. But it's cool she has one. I think it's the start of a beautiful relationship! Heart
