If thats a dyno tune it's not really a high price. actually a very decent price.

If its just a base in car tune...that seems like a high price, depends how long it takes and what you are tuning for I suppose though

PRJ charges something like 30 dollars pre hour..so if its the same kind of in car tune for 430..def. go somewhere else

I hung around various forums looking for people with tuning software.

Once I found a local guy with a DHP and came with great referrals, I contacted him and it cost me $50 to drive around and get my car tuned.

Yeah. $50 an hour or $35-$40 per pull on a dyno is about right. Intense does dynos now for $300. Local shops around here do it for $250-$400

Can't you just tell Overkill what your mods are and they can send you a custom PCM for under $200? That's the route I'd go. I don't think you'll gain very much, if anything over that method with a dyno-tune.

He is one of the few turbo impalas going around, a dyno tune is probably his best bet.

My bad. I thought you just had headers and exhaust, should have looked closer at your garage pics. You should def post your 1/4 times once it's tuned for the bragging rights.

A guy I know said that there is a place in Orlando that will do a dyno tune for $300. Soooo i think i will have to give this place a call and see if it is true. If so i will spend the $10 in gas to get there and have them do it
