So I accidentally tore my shifter boot a little bit. Not too noticeable but I was just wondering if anyone had replaced it with a different style boot/cover?

I am thinking possibly something like this, gotta figure out a car with the same size and see how I would make it work though.

also if anyone knows any cars that have this or close style boot that is near the same size

I dont know, stock has a pretty tall boot. It'd be hard find another boot with a different style.

Yeah, I guess I'm gonna have to keep my eye open at the junkyards when it starts to get nicer. not sure why, But I really like that style boot.

I'll do a little more research online and see if I can come up with anything

Personally I don't like that boot, it looks like it was from an old 5 speed cavalier or sentra.

I'm not sure how it will look in the impala yet (good thing is that this isn't an expensive part so if it looks like ass I can take it off) but I love the look of it in my buddies 92 camaro.
