You're gonna let the dark stop ya? Hell I wouldn't care if it was 2am, I'd be out there setting it up right away. Razz

Yeah, I am gonna have to let the dark stop me. If I didn't have to work tomorrow I would do it. Plus, if I install it now I will want to keep driving it till I am out of gas, and I have a full tank.

Thanks, I will post some pics and videos when I am done. The quality on the intake seems really good, should be interesting to see how a 4 inch intake does.

Purdy, I've got a thread on here somewhere with pics of mine, just make sure you've got everything all lined up how you want it before you secure the block off plate.

Mendrel S-bend with a filter. It should work great, though one bend too many, needed.

Well, I got it all installed earlier. I will say it is definitely one of the hardest to install intakes I have ever done, but it is well worth it in the end. I may have some adjusting to do still though. Downside to all of this was once I got it all installed and the car was ready to go I looked outside and realized it was snowing pretty bad Sad ,so I have yet to see how the car does. Anyways here are some pictures, ignore the dirty engine bay.

Looks good, but I believe the couple that is attached to the filter should be sticking through the block off plate and clamped inside the engine bay, like this.

And if you think you like how it looks what til you get to hear how it sounds Twisted Evil

Yeah, I have some more adjusting to do there. I have the filter lined up with the hole in the block off plate, but it will not fit through. So, for now I have it protected until I can take it apart again to get the filter to fit.

Try undoing the block off plate, putting the filter through, then securing the block off plate after you get it lined up.
