Does anyone happen to have the link or know the procedure for the TPS relearn?

I tried searching, but apparently we can only search back a year now? I'm sure its a space issue.

Specific issue:

New TB, plate is closed properly, spring is coiled properly however TPS when TB is fully closed is reading 0.3

Hoping a relearn would fix it.

What I remember of the procedures is, if I remember correctly is:

KOEO, depress peddle all the way (floor), let off, repeat 5x? I forget fow how long and how many times to repeat....

According to the service manual, there is no procedure for a TPS relearn

There is no such procedure on the 00-05. What you're referring to resets the oil life monitor.

Now, on the 06+ there is a relearn procedure since they have drive by wire throttle bodies.
