Yup, just crisscross all over the oil pan trying to remember which ones you did, you probably wont miss more than one or two bolts which is no big deal. I usually tighten in 3 steps, if you miss a bolt the first time, you'll more than likely get it on the second round, then a final torquing (you can do this one just going around the pan).
