Ok guys,
i have been reading the forums all night, and have yet to come to a conclusion here on what i need to do. My car has been doing some funky things, but ill explain the last one, and maybe you guys will know what to do.
I got stranded a few days ago becaues the car wouldn't start, here is the symptoms...

Gage cluster light up...security message was also displayed
Relay in the drivers side panel was clicking
no sound from the hood or the starter
clock or radio would not turn on with key in on possition or in the start possition
the clock would light up if you hit the time set button, but that is all
inteiror ligths were on but weirdly dim
headlights would be on at full
AAA man tested battery and it came out to be good
car would not jump start.
By putting in a new battery though i would start right up.

This is the second new battery i have put in in three weeks.
So if you have any ideas im open to suggestions.

also problem 2. whenever i get out of my car or someone else does and tehy touch the frame they get a little zap from the car.

Thank you for your help. You guys are always awsome at fixing things!!

For problem one, it sounds like you are experiencing a pass lock issue, but I'm not sure.

Problem two is static electricity. Happens to me all the time in the winter. Try to ground yourself before touching the car and you shouldn't get the shock.

In order to ground yourself to the car open up your door, place hand on roof or any convenient area of the body and keep hand there, step out onto the pavement and you should avoid the shock.

Make sure your battery cables are tightened to 11 ft/lbs. Use a torque wrench.
