Its not overly difficult, just remove the two plastic trim pieces and pop it off. Start at the bottom and pop out the fasteners, because when you get to the top of the door, you have to pull it up and out, and it just makes it a little simpler to do.

Careful not to "crack" the panel. I had to take mine off this past weekend for the first time and it was freezing outside (no garage) I removed all the screws and started at the bottom pulling the panel, when I got to the lower left the fasteners weren't budging and I pulled too hard and actually cracked the panel at the corner. Looking for a new tan LS panel now

I guess........even though around here info. is'nt free.Tell you what it's like.......seems the door is stuck in lock,as that's how both handles feel when you try to open itBut I can hear the door lock using the remote,and the manual lock moves back and forth like it's supposed to..Really weird.The car only has 26,000 miles on it..
