It cleans injectors and alot of other things. The company makes a number of other products. Trans Tune, Bug-B-Gone and a few other ones. I haven''t tried it but my friend swears it is an excellent product.
I have read of people doing that technique but I have not experienced probs with fuel injector clogs. I just meant Fuel Injector cleaners in a bottle like @ Wal Mart or a Parts store. I just use it for preventive maintinance purposes. I have 140k+ on my car.

The seafoam is a great product, but you don''t want to use it too much. Throw a can in and do some scans you will see what I mean.
Don''t leave me hanging like that Please tell me what does it do?
I''ve since gotten rid of my scans with the seafoam but I do remember after throwing in a can of seafoam I noticed that my LTFT''s pegged all the way to -25 and threw off the rest of my WOT readings. Also my O2''s were all out of wack. The PCM just thought the car was running extremely rich and made adjustments which affected the cars overall performance.
My thought is since the PCM learns all of this, in general the car won''t run as good as it should after some time of constantly using it at every fill up.
It is a great product, I would use it every now and then but I try not to use it too much. If you suspect your injectors are clogged or not flowing evenly, for about $82.00 shipping included, you could get them cleaned, rebuilt and flow tested. Turn around times usually just a few days.

I just used it for the first time today. I was expecting a huge cloud of smoke once I was done but I ended up with nothing. I smelled an awful odor but no smoke. I wonder if this is because 90% of the engine has been highway?
I poured 1/4 of it through the vacuum line, another 1/4 in the oil, and 1/4 in the gas tank. We shall see what happens
