Today I was driving my car and my tranny seems to be shifting harder than normal on first and second shifts! What do I do never felt this before?

That's what I was thinking! I checked it and it had a hint of red, its been like 60 or 80k so I should have it drained or flushed, glad I caught this early

Yep and filter, changing the fluid in the pan isnt that hard really, i did it a few weeks ago, and it only took me like 1-2 hours.

could be, but your car also has alot of mileage on it too. Try changing the fluid and see if that helps, if not it could be somethin else. cheap place to start tho.

Does your tranny fluid seem alittle burnt? The fluid in mine is, and it shutters alot.
