Hey guys... I pulled up to a drive-thru window tonight and had my window half down. When I pushed the button to make it go back up there was a loud bang/pop noise inside the door, and the window just fell straight downwards into the door out of sight! The motor still grinds when I hit the button, and it feels like something is hung up... I took the whole door panel off to attempt to fix it, but there is a piece of metal blocking access to the unit! I tried looking into the cut out but couldn't see anything except my window glass... There is some blue plastic wire thing that has a spring on it that looks like it should be attached to something that I could move with my hands... I have no clue what it is. Does it sound like the window just came off its tracking, or something worse? This is my first window problem, so I am pretty much clueless! Any assistance will be most appreciated...... Thanks

one it can be that the window came off the track , or just your window regulator is busted meaning that the cable snapped , thats probably when you heard the pop , it happened to mine but its definitly something to do with your window regulator , its an easy fix and you can find it with motor for like 50-70 bucks depending where you shop. ebay has them
