air- guessing your getting that no clogged airbox or anything?

fuel- seems to be getting it but check the injector to make sure it's not clogged or bad

spark- obviously since you tested the whole ignition system

compression- get that checked as well

those are the four things to make a car go... you obviously got the easy one tested entirely check the rest of those out and keep us informed... anybody wanna add some 2 Cents i missed go right ahead!

Is it possible you fouled up the plug when you installed it?

i'd have a mechanic check it for you no offense so you don't break anything... and your gonna need a few special tools to test fuel injectors...

if you wanna try this urself to make sure it works...

take a long screwdriver and place it on the side of an injector you know that works (obviously u have five to choose from)

listen for the click on the injector that works

remember that sound and relocate the screwdriver to the injector for cylinder #2 and see if it makes that same clicking sound... if not then it's no good

i just looked at mine not that hard to get to... you just need to have the screwdriver touching it so the vibrations transfer into the screwdriver and hence that's how u hear it...

You don't need a special tool to test if the injector is the problem. If he swaps the injectors between two cylinders and the misfire moves to the other cylinder then he has a bad injector.

As I said in your other thread, you also need to make sure that the plugs, even though they come pregapped, are actually gapped at .060.

To remove the injectors on the 3400 you have to remove the Upper Intake Manifold.

And just because an injector is clicking doesn't mean that it isn't clogged up. Holding a screwdriver to it to feel the vibrations from it pulsing are simply going to tell you that the injector works and that there is a signal being sent to it. Nothing more.

Not necessarily. The circuit for that injector could be open somewhere.

Remove the air duct and unhook associated sensors, unbolt the manifold and lift it off.
