Does anyone know if the threaded side of the fuel filter is a standard NPT thread? And if so, what size?

the wrench sizes are filter is 20mm line is 17mm. hope this is what you wanted

It should be a standard NPT thread because those threads help seal the connection. Non tapered threads wouldn't leave you with a good seal.
