I'm currently in Buffalo for Business, and Holy s**t, it's incredible how many Impala I can see Shocked Shocked Shocked

But my god, the downtown is really dead after 6 pm.... Yesterday we walk for almost an hour around 8pm and we saw less than 10 person. The dunkin donut close at 7pm!!!! Shocked

But it's seem to be a clean town, and the view with the lake is awesome. It's very nice, but so calm comparing to Montreal, Toronto or Philadelphia downtown.

Out of our trip from office to hotel, we walk a bit in downtown.

The restaurant we went:

Monday lunch - Shangai Red's (on waterfront, good food)
Monday dinner - Bada Bing (OK, but no more, only hing to be open Monday)
Tuesday lunch - Pearl Street Brewery (pretty cool)
Tuesday dinner - Bacchus restaurant (very good)
Wednesday lunch - At office, meeting food
Wednesday dinner - Toro's (a pretty good tapas restaurant)
Thursday lunch - Shangai Red's (on waterfront, good food)
Thursday dinner - Chef restaurant, on Seneca Ave (good family restaurant)

And that's it.

Nice little town, but it feel a little bit closed... as 2 stores on 3 are closed with plywood on windows....

Shangai Red's is an awesome place to eat.
You shoud have grabbed a jim steakout though, you wouldn't be disappointed.

and yes, a good portion of Buffalo is behind plywood. You should see how much of Niagara Falls is behind plywood now also.
