I'm down for houston if I am not in georgia that weekend. I think it is the weekend before, so I should be good. I am going to need to know in about two weeks so my gf can take off of work. If it is in austin though you can count me out. Sad

I'll be in Texas that week, PERIOD. I would like to attend Heat Wave, but its not a priority. Put my vote for "doesn't matter". This will likely be a H-Town Only meet.

EDIT: Taken from other locked thread.
Ok, we have at least 5 active Houston members. Does anyone wanna think up some stuff to do?
Everyone just start PMing me ideas, and we'll start planning from there.

Possible ideas:
Pool Hall (there is a Barney's or Slick Willie's in just about every area of town)
Galveston (I don't know whats left after the hurricane, but maybe)
Kemah (Never been there, sounds kinda cool)
Hooters (self explanatory)
Astros Game (vs. Mets, 7:05 Friday, 6:05 Saturday, 1:05 Sunday)
Bars/Clubs (any specific suggestions welcomed)
Cruise/Photoshooot (I need locations)
The Galleria

I can try to go, but no promises since it's so close to my wedding date. Boo Hoo
It seems Houston would be the best bet though.
Austin is way more fun and not so humid

I think we should just do a strictly Houston meet then, based on what everyone is saying. LA people aren't gonna come to austin, so it just depends if we want them to come or not... Confused

OK then. If we get some more out-of-towners to fully commit,.. I'm down. Just need to take a couple days off from work.

What's near the top of TX? Anything interesting? Laughing
