Does the LS Sport/SS Front bumper work for the base? Basically, will the factory fog lights work on a base impala? Is it plug in or does it require wiring?

you will either have to find and run the LS wiring harness, or just wire it to a switch yourself, much like you would do with some autozone fog lights.

moved for you

to use the factory switch requires a great deal of wiring and a new BCM porogrammed for your car plug fog lights.

Best bet is to hook them up with a relay and a switch. Bumpers bolt up without a problem.

I hope to get this done as well. Cool Fog lights hooked up to a switch. Smile

I just got a full LS from a junk yard to strip and remod my base 02, I installed pep boys fog lights to my base bumper and my question is can I use the same wires to wire the LS bumpers fog lights and use the same power switch I installed inside the car?

you can wire the LS fog lights to an aftermarket switch. You will need the pig tails for the bulb sockets, you can get them from the junk yard harness or possibly aftermarket.
