if all is TRUE, BANNED!

edit: this isnt realistic, as the forums variables are way different. also, it is possible for someone to run these times so again unrealistic. it was just for a laugh.

Actually, even if the code were correct for the boards, it'd ban anyone...not just the newbies...you'd have to have a post count variable too.
