Bulb is burned out, just replace it.

When the relay clicks that fast its because its working twice as fast since all the current is going to one bulb.

They're dual filament bulbs. The park lights use a different filament than the brake/turn signal.

Does it light up when you brake, or is it out as well? If it's out with the brakes, then it's time to replace the bulb. If it works with the brakes then it's probably a more rare issue like wiring or the hazard flasher (which also controls the turn signals).

Pull the bulb, look at the prongs closley, is the plastic melted on one of them? If so replace the bulb. I gotta replace one of mine today also.

Just changed the bulb and it worked, The filament didn't look broken but the connection looked corroded. Thanks

i have a similar problem with the driver side signal/daylight. signal barely illuminates when the daylight is running. and the rear driver side signal blinks very rapidly. both work at normal flash rate when hazard is engaged. i changed both bulbs and the hazard/flasher unit. problem persists. thoughts?
