Who else is tired of this weather? Come on grape I know you are

Come on North Texas I moved 900 mi away from MN to be here? At least it's nearly over

When it came in I was working on a mazda 3... cold wet rainy awful; I have been waiting to put a new compressor in the 02 GP, trans oil for the 04 GP, and set timing on the civic. I even wired in radio controls to the 04 GP.

I voted no to working in this weather..

We've lost too many vehicle TLC hours b/c of this crap.
All 4 vehicles are on hold until it all passes..
(just rcvd full suspension for the 04LS)
(Waiting on the suspension/lift for my TB) (Delayed b/c of weather)

Pray this shyt weather is supposed to be gone by next weekend though..

Guess I've become an "old guy" since I have a few rules...

1. If its on gravel, I dont touch it.
2. If its in the driveway, I dont touch it.
3. If its in a garage, I'll take a look at it.
4. If its in a garage thats over 40* let the wrenches fly!

Nope down to New Braunfels, TX; I'll work in most weather, most places. A garage is a thing to dream about.. or buy one with the next house - a workshop garage that is.

I wait for the warmer days...from November/December until April I usually only do what is absolutely necessary to keep the cars running. I've done more this winter than I typically do simply because some critical issues have come up as I have been putting a lot more miles on.

If my car needs work I have an insulated garage and a torpedo to keep me warm. Very Happy Although the only thing I done to it is change the oil this year.

Well with all this maintenance I have done lately, there's not much else to do. the 04 GP is running like a champ, the impala is fine (I will be getting rid of it so no more will be going into it). 02 is getting a brake bleed now, the GA will be parked for a while as will the bonneville.

i also voted no. because my 91 crew cab is currently sitting due to the weather (it has to be finished probably outside) my imp had a bad coolant leak that i was able to fit it into the shop to work on. im glad i had the shop cause if i didnt it would be sitting right next to the crew cab and cummins motor sitting beside it

Some wanker backed into me in a parking lot and crushed the bumper foam. It was -22 outside so the bumper pretty much exploded.

So there I am, installing a new bumper in the driveway when a snowstorm rolls in... Would you guess it's hard to line up a frozen, stiff junkyard bumper to get it all put back together? Evil or Very Mad
