My wife has her new Impala in Georgia. I'm looking for a recommendation for a good tint shop in the Atlanta area, perhaps something around Fayette County. She's going the full 32% legal limit. She had 20% on a car years ago but she got stopped a few times. And since her Imp is white, the 32% will look darker than the 35% on my black Imp.

She's in Fayette County, so that's why I hoping to find something close by that's reasonable.

"Atlanta Area"? Fayette County is a long way from the City of Atlanta. I used a place in Chamblee, well north of Atlanta. I'd bet there's a good shop in Peachtree City or Fayetteville. I will ask some south side pals for a recommendation.

I asked for "legal tint", but I'm not sure of the number. It's not 'limo tint" but looks good, I can see at night and I've had no problems with cops (so far).

Well, I lived in Forsyth Country and that's often considered "Atlanta area" too. And Fayette's a bit closer than Forsyth. Anyway, let me know what your found. I know GA legal is 32%, so that's what I go with. I'm just glad at least GA has the same percentage on front and back windows. VA is 50% max front, 35% max rear. I went with 35% all the way around just because I wanted uniformity.
